GTC Telecom may also impose a Regulatory Cost Recovery fee of up to 4% on state-to-state and international calls to help fund GTC's compliance with various government-mandated programs. This is not a tax or other government required change. Your local telephone company may charge a nominal switching fee for changing your long distance carrier.
