GTC Telecom will not collect any personally identifiable information about on
this or any related website unless you voluntarily provide it to us. GTC
Telecom may require that you provide personally identifiable information to
complete an online order or to request more information about new or current
GTC Telecom products or services. Examples of personally identifiable
information may include:

Our primary interest in collecting your personally identifiable information is
to provide you with more customized service, online customer service, billing,
and fulfillment materials.

consent. However, for customers who came to GTC Telecom through one of GTC
Telecom's third-party affiliates, GTC Telecom may share that customer's
information with the affiliate that brought that customer to GTC Telecom.
Additionally, GTC Telecom may transfer your personal information to our credit
card processor and other agents in order to fulfill your order. When GTC
Telecom uses contractors or other companies to perform services on our behalf,
we will strive to ensure that your customer information is protected in
accordance with this Privacy Policy. Additionally, if GTC Telecom is acquired
or sells substantially all of its assets relating to your service provided by
GTC Telecom, to another entity, we will transfer the information you have provided
to the acquiring entity in order to ensure continuity of your personalized service.
In the future, should GTC Telecom decide to share our customers' personally
identifiable information with third parties, we will, in advance, provide
notice to our customers and provide them with the opportunity to indicate
whether they would prefer that such information not be provided to third
parties.
This policy applies only to GTC Telecom's activities on its' or its
subsidiaries' related websites and does not apply to GTC Telecom's "offline" or
non Internet related activities. GTC Telecom reserves the rights to modify our
privacy policy at any time and will notify you by posting an amendment to the
privacy policy on our website. Such modifications will become effective on the
day they are posted. GTC Telecom encourages you to frequently review the
